Supervision That Actually Invests in You.

You are being intentional about who you invite into your professional development. That matters more than most people realize.

This is not supervision that rubber stamps your hours. It is supervision that shapes the kind of clinician — and the kind of person — you become.

Who This Is For

This supervision is for pre-licensed clinicians — AMFTs, APCCs, and pre-licensed MFTs — in California and Tennessee who are drawn to working with first responder families, complex trauma, couples, and survivors of narcissistic and emotional abuse.

If you are looking for a supervisor who will tell you you're doing great every week, this is probably not the right fit.

If you are looking for someone who will genuinely invest in your growth and hold you to a standard worth holding — keep reading.

What Makes This Different

Most supervision focuses on your hours. This supervision focuses on your development.

Carol is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in both California and Tennessee, trained at Western Seminary, with over a decade in private practice. Her work sits at the intersection of complex trauma, first responder families, couples work, affair recovery, and faith integration.

She uses the Integrated Developmental Model — which means she meets you where you are developmentally and pushes you toward the next stage. Supervision adjusts to you, not the other way around.

And there is something else here you will not find everywhere.

The Business Mentorship Piece

Nobody teaches you the business of private practice in grad school. Carol did not have anyone to show her how to build hers — and she built it anyway. Now that knowledge is built into supervision.

Over the course of your supervisory relationship you will learn:

  • How to find and own your clinical niche

  • How to set up your practice infrastructure

  • How to set your fees and have the money conversation with confidence

  • How to market yourself authentically

  • How to attract and retain the clients you actually want to work with

  • What it looks like to grow beyond solo practice

This is not a separate class. It is threaded into the work together at a pace that makes sense for where you are.

Before Carol graduated she had a full caseload. Her peers were scrambling. The difference was not clinical skill — it was knowing how to build something. She wants to give you what she had to figure out the hard way.

Clinical Areas

Supervision is most valuable when your clinical work overlaps with Carol's areas of expertise:

  • Complex trauma and C-PTSD

  • First responder families and military

  • Narcissistic and emotional abuse recovery

  • Couples and relational work

  • Affair recovery and infidelity

  • Faith integration in clinical practice

  • Private practice development
